Leads customer experience analytics and strategy, developing CX frameworks, analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and presenting recommendations to executives and the Board. Drives cross-functional CX initiatives, influences organizational change, mentors analysts, and advances customer-centric practices across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Supply Chain.

Prepares and analyzes financial reports, general ledger entries, balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss variance analyses, cash schedules, payroll journal entries, and financial statements. Supports payments, expense accruals, profit planning, recordkeeping, and SOX compliance. Researches accounting questions and collaborates with department leaders and management while maintaining accurate financial records.

Supervise finance associates and local accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoice, debit note, credit note, vendor repayment, and prebate processing. Resolve aged payable issues, support vendor relationships, provide training and performance feedback, improve financial processes, and ensure compliance with company, safety, and environmental policies.

Supports learning and development programs by producing and editing videos, digital modules, presentations, facilitator guides, and other training materials. Uploads, tests, and maintains content in LMS platforms; coordinates virtual and instructor-led training logistics; supports learner communications, reporting, feedback analysis, and dashboards. Collaborates with L&D leaders, HR, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to improve learning experiences and ensure content quality.

Provides manufacturing finance reporting and analysis, including KPI reporting, operating expense forecasting, working capital analysis, capital expense oversight, product costing, inventory management, and accounting close support. Monitors variances and trends, prepares recurring management reports, and supports manufacturing strategy projects with actionable financial insights.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner owning planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. Build models, deliver executive dashboards, analyze margin and spend trends, support pricing/contract decisions, lead financial reviews, and drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize profitability and working capital.

The internship program provides real-world experience, mentoring, and engagement with projects, preparing students for future careers in various business fields.

Perform financial analysis and modeling to optimize supply chain costs (transportation, warehousing, inventory, supplier pricing). Produce forecasts, variance analysis, budgeting, and reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend operational improvements to leadership.
