Leads global FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance insights. Owns the Vena FP&A platform, improves planning processes and data governance, supports reporting workflows, and guides FP&A team members. Supports learning and development programs by producing and editing videos, digital modules, presentations, facilitator guides, and other training materials. Uploads, tests, and maintains content in LMS platforms; coordinates virtual and instructor-led training logistics; supports learner communications, reporting, feedback analysis, and dashboards. Collaborates with L&D leaders, HR, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to improve learning experiences and ensure content quality.
