Entry-level sales role developing customer relationships, prospecting for business, presenting products, preparing proposals, negotiating within guidelines, processing orders, resolving customer issues, and maintaining CRM records. The trainee collaborates with internal teams, participates in sales training, and serves customers within an assigned territory. Frequent driving and occasional lifting are required.

Conducts full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across multiple provinces, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, hiring documentation, HRIS data entry, onboarding, and new-hire follow-up. Partners with leaders to develop staffing strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, promote the employer brand, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment processes while delivering a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Promotes hospitality and distribution products through consultative selling, develops new and existing customer accounts, presents solutions, forecasts sales, manages customer issues, coordinates account setup, and partners with internal teams to improve retention, sales, and profitability. The role requires relationship management, prospecting, negotiation, territory planning, product knowledge, and frequent customer travel.
