The Regional Category Growth Specialist develops sales strategies, enhances Sysco brand offerings, analyzes data for category opportunities, maintains customer relationships, and participates in events, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Outside sales role selling hospitality amenities, textiles, FF&E, janitorial and MRO products to hotels and accounts in an assigned territory. Uses consultative selling, CRM and analytics to grow accounts, forecast results, set up new customers, manage collections, coordinate cross-functional support, and meet sales and profit targets. Requires regular travel and territory management.

Lead Finance Operations teams across AP, AR, and RTR, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and stakeholder management while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
