Serve as a Coach brand ambassador by providing personalized luxury retail service, styling customers, driving individual and store sales, and building client relationships. Use POS, mobile selling, clienteling, and social-selling tools. Support transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and online pickups while meeting KPIs and maintaining brand standards. Work collaboratively with flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Leads store sales performance, customer experience, team development, recruiting support, policy compliance, and operational execution. Analyzes sales trends, implements company initiatives, mentors employees on clienteling, provides feedback, and supports conflict resolution. Requires retail leadership experience and the ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
