Teams at TAR

Lead TAR’s robotics hardware organization, owning strategy, architecture, and technical roadmaps across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team while scaling construction robots from prototypes to reliable higher-volume production. Oversee manufacturing, suppliers, BOM complexity, cost reduction, field hardening, and continuous improvement. Represent hardware decisions to executives, customers, partners, and investors. The role is based in San Francisco with regular field work at the West Texas deployment site.

Lead end-to-end financing execution for renewable energy and storage projects, including debt, tax equity, ITC transfers, and equipment financing. Build and audit complex project finance models, negotiate term sheets, manage counsel and advisors, structure offtake and credit support arrangements, and oversee documentation through close. Develop capital structures across HoldCo, OpCo, and project SPVs, prepare investor and lender materials, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead TAR’s autonomy software organization for construction robots, owning strategy, architecture, perception, planning, controls, deployment, and continuous improvement across a growing fleet. Hire and develop engineers and managers, guide the software lifecycle, partner closely with hardware and manufacturing teams, and establish field-feedback loops. The role represents autonomy with executives, customers, partners, and investors and requires substantial field engagement at the West Texas deployment site.
