Serve as a strategic liaison between Information Services and business portfolios to build relationships, shape long-term demand, prioritize roadmaps, guide investment decisions, manage risk and capacity, and enable delivery. Advocate for IS and AI strategy, work with vendors, produce business cases, and use data to inform portfolio outcomes and governance.

Provide mechanical design oversight for five compressor stations and brownfield modifications, review contractor deliverables, resolve technical queries and variances, support procurement and stakeholder engagement, track engineering deliverables, and mentor junior engineers to ensure designs meet project standards and regulatory codes.

Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fieldglass as the system of record for contingent workforce. Drive integration designs with Workday, SAP S/4HANA and FI/CO, lead UAT and data migration, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and govern contractor processes, rate cards, and operational readiness.

Lead enterprise identity architecture strategy and design for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Define standards, reference architectures, and governance for IAM, PAM, IGA, MFA, privileged and non-human identities, and Identity Security for AI. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess risks, design controls, create roadmaps, and deliver architecture artifacts, executive briefings, and implementation guidance aligned with Zero Trust and regulatory requirements.

Lead design and maturation of an enterprise threat intelligence capability, aggregating cyber, physical, geopolitical and operational intelligence. Produce finished intelligence, track threat actors and TTPs, deliver executive briefings and flash reports, establish information-sharing relationships, and align cross-functional teams to support resilient response and strategic planning for assets across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.

Perform hydraulic simulation and analysis for the ML and TQM gas pipeline systems; evaluate facility alternatives; provide hydraulic inputs for design and funding packages; analyze compressor performance; support regulatory applications; collaborate across Commercial, Operations, Projects, and Regulatory; and develop automation and data-driven improvement solutions.

Manage and lead supplier qualification processes, coordinate SME reviews, resolve information gaps, maintain Power BI dashboards, recommend process improvements, provide training, and support supplier readiness and technology updates.

Support Class / HCA assessments and remediation for US natural gas pipelines. Perform engineering analysis, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance (CFR 192), develop procedures, analyze data, report to leadership and regulators, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
