Provides independent engineering quality assurance, audits, supplier oversight, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality reporting, and continuous improvement. The role develops risk-based assurance strategies, evaluates engineering service providers, analyzes quality trends, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, and strengthens quality management practices across projects and engineering organizations.

Supports TC Energy’s Canadian Public Awareness Program through stakeholder outreach, damage-prevention education, regulatory compliance, communications, training, and performance analysis. Monitors third-party risks and unauthorized activities, develops awareness materials and reports, maintains audit evidence, coordinates with operations and external stakeholders, and identifies program improvements. The role requires a university degree or accreditation, at least four years of related experience, knowledge of pipeline safety and regulatory requirements, data analysis proficiency, and occasional travel within Canada and the United States.

The Financial Analyst will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis for Corporate Services. The role partners with business leaders to analyze workforce and operating costs, develop financial models and business cases, identify risks and cost-saving opportunities, and provide executive reporting and decision support. The analyst will also improve financial reporting, analytics, and business performance while coordinating planning processes and supporting strategic and operational decisions.
