Develop and execute strategic communications for high-profile B.C. projects, advise senior leaders, translate technical information into clear narratives, manage integrated plans and stakeholders, monitor issues and risks, oversee agency partners, and support reporting and approvals to drive stakeholder understanding and project objectives.

Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness through coaching, org design, resource planning, performance and change management. Deliver HR strategies with COEs, support leader onboarding, drive team effectiveness, and implement enterprise HR programs to meet business goals.

Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop workforce insights, identify talent risks, and connect workforce plans to financial and business priorities. Monitor workforce metrics, define critical roles, lead tool and reporting requirements, and advance scenario-informed, strategic workforce planning practices. Contribute to frameworks, standards, and continuous improvement of workforce planning capability.
