The Mobile Mortgage Specialist focuses on acquiring residential mortgage business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through various partnerships and customer engagement strategies.

Investigate, negotiate and settle residential and auto catastrophe claims following natural disasters. Manage claims end-to-end: open files, arrange inspections/appraisals, assign contractors, process transactions, finalize settlements, and communicate with customers and internal/external partners to resolve high-value losses promptly and empathetically.

Lead and mentor branch staff to deliver excellent customer experiences, ensure operational and compliance standards, manage scheduling and daily branch administration, coach on sales and customer conversation strategies, resolve escalated complaints, monitor workflows and performance, maintain branch premises, and support employee development and mobility within the assigned district.
