Diagnose, repair, configure, calibrate, and validate self-driving systems on autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets. Responsibilities include troubleshooting sensors, compute hardware, software configurations, vehicle networks, and embedded systems; performing updates and calibration; documenting technical findings; escalating complex issues; and collaborating with engineering, technicians, safety operators, and fleet operations teams to return vehicles to safe operational readiness.

Lead daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleet operations across depots, ensuring vehicle readiness, safety, utilization, dispatch efficiency, and operational performance. Coordinate depot teams, manage 24/7 staffing, develop procedures, monitor KPIs, support new city launches, investigate incidents, and collaborate with engineering, product, technical, and fleet stakeholders during testing and commercial deployment.
