Coordinates terminal and infrastructure projects to minimize disruption to airport operations and passengers. Reviews project plans for operational impacts, tracks risks and actions, develops operational documentation and passenger communications, coordinates stakeholders, and supports testing, commissioning, readiness, and handover. Recommends improvements to passenger flow and terminal efficiency while ensuring safety, regulatory, and operational requirements are met.
