Lead and manage the nursing department in a hospice setting, overseeing staffing, clinical care standards, admissions, complex cases, budgets, audits, compliance, investigations, and interprofessional relations. Provide clinical leadership, scheduling, training/preceptor oversight, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory requirements are met.
