Coordinate and oversee the Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign: manage kettle locations, schedule and recruit volunteers, arrange daily kettle delivery/pick-up, ensure supplies and security, assist with counting donations, maintain volunteer records and campaign statistics, provide training and reports, and fill shifts as needed.

Provide executive leadership for multi-site shelter, housing, and community programs; set strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, drive program innovation, oversee budgets and performance metrics, manage senior leaders, and build external partnerships to support vulnerable populations.
