Develop production-grade embedded GNC flight software for aerospace systems, including navigation filters, guidance, autopilot controls, SIL/HIL verification, flight software architecture, performance analysis, coding standards, and V&V. Collaborate with hardware, systems, navigation, and controls teams while supporting environmental, ground, and range testing. The role requires deep C/C++ expertise, MATLAB/Simulink model-based development, safety-critical software experience, and ownership of GNC software infrastructure.

The Assistant Controller will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; maintain general-ledger integrity; prepare financial reporting; strengthen internal controls; support audits, tax, compliance, and government-contracting requirements; and oversee inventory, cost accounting, and operational finance processes. The role will optimize ERP and accounting workflows, mentor the accounting team, partner cross-functionally, and help build scalable financial infrastructure. It is a succession-track position with potential advancement to Controller within several quarters.

Leads physical testing of aerospace and defense systems, including test planning, setup, instrumentation, execution, data capture, failure analysis, and reporting. Works hands-on with electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and integrated aerospace hardware to improve reliability, performance, and operational readiness. Collaborates with engineering teams to diagnose complex system failures and develop disciplined test processes.
