Leads the Top Hat platform product portfolio, defining strategy, roadmap, market positioning, and business cases. Manages and coaches Product Managers, drives cross-functional execution, ships complex products, conducts customer discovery, and builds prototypes and pilots. The role requires technical fluency with SQL, APIs, BI, AI tools, and MCP integrations, plus strong executive communication, financial analysis, and experience delivering products in fast-paced environments.

Build and improve scalable full-stack products for higher education, owning initiatives across the software development lifecycle from discovery through release. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering in a cross-functional Scrum team, experiment with AI technologies, resolve bugs, complete tickets, and deliver reliable, tested, user-focused features.

Lead design and delivery of scalable backend features, mentor engineers, ensure operational excellence and system reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive architecture and automation improvements.
