Supervise retail store support operations, including greeting customers, cashiering, phone coverage, shipment processing, stockroom organization, and product flow. Supports luxury retail store operations across front- and back-of-house functions. Duties include greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, following operational procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stockroom. Requires flexibility for changing schedules, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts; occasional overnight travel; and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift at least 40 pounds.
