Manages accounts receivable for commercial accounts, including billing, collections, payment reconciliation, invoice adjustments, account documentation, and reporting. Builds relationships with customers and builders, resolves billing discrepancies, negotiates payment arrangements, maintains accurate records in Syspro, and collaborates with accounting, sales, service, and builder administration teams. Requires prior credit or collections experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.

Coordinates promotional advertising, weekly flyers, product information, approvals, budgets, and deadlines. Supports social media, digital marketing, event setup, proofreading, and performance reporting. Collaborates with suppliers and design partners on branded materials, while assisting with community sponsorships, donations, and media partnerships. The role requires marketing experience, strong writing and communication skills, creative problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
