Provides administrative support for equipment fulfillment projects, including project documentation, bill of materials ordering, shipment-date tracking, customer updates, job costing, claims processing, invoicing, scheduling, and project closeout. Works with Project Managers, Account Managers, customers, and project staff to ensure timely completion. The role requires multitasking, deadline prioritization, communication, teamwork, and occasional overtime or weekend availability.

Design and document building automation and control systems using direct digital controls. Create installation, submittal, and as-built drawings; develop sequences of operations, O&M manuals, and transition documents. Review contract documents and equipment submittals, assist commissioning and field technicians, and maintain customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

Lead strategic, financially-driven energy services sales within Canada, develop and qualify new opportunities, build long-term customer relationships across MUSH and other verticals, structure complex deals, and communicate financial and sustainability benefits of comprehensive building solutions.
