The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic HR partner for administrative departments, supporting recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, benefits coordination, and offboarding. The role advises leaders and employees, conducts investigations, leads orientation and HR initiatives, maintains Workday records, improves HR processes, and ensures consistent policy application while aligning HR strategies with firm objectives.

Supports business development for the Transactional and Private Equity and Investment Funds practices. Responsibilities include market and client research, business development strategy, event and sponsorship coordination, attorney profile promotion, thought leadership, pitch and RFP development, legal directory submissions, budget tracking, CRM and marketing database maintenance, and client inquiry response. The role requires strong communication, organization, project management, confidentiality, and collaboration skills.

Performs litigation docketing by reviewing court documents, calculating deadlines, researching rules and procedures, maintaining accurate case information, generating reports, and conducting quality control. Supports attorneys and staff by communicating docketing policies, monitoring docketing requests, resolving issues, and maintaining knowledge of federal, state, local, and appellate court procedures across jurisdictions.
