The Knowledge Management Attorney develops and maintains legal knowledge resources, model documents, forms, databases, and practice-area content for Insurance, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Cyber groups. The role leads KM strategy, legal technology and AI adoption, innovation projects, training, onboarding, knowledge succession, and organizational change. It also provides legal research and practice support, tracks trends, curates attorney contributions, manages confidential information, and partners across the firm to improve operational efficiency and knowledge-sharing.

The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic HR partner for administrative departments, supporting recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, benefits coordination, and offboarding. The role advises leaders and employees, conducts investigations, leads orientation and HR initiatives, maintains Workday records, improves HR processes, and ensures consistent policy application while aligning HR strategies with firm objectives.
