Work with business teams to discover, map and improve processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, gather requirements, prototype solutions, configure enterprise applications, build integrations and reports, test and validate changes, document systems and train users to drive adoption and reduce manual work.

Supervise and coordinate production operators to meet production schedules and KPIs. Maintain safe, clean work environment, document scrap, update NetSuite daily, operate/move product with forklift, troubleshoot tooling issues, coach and onboard team members, and drive process and efficiency improvements across shifts.
