Own and improve Turing’s corporate IT infrastructure, including identity and access management, macOS, Windows, and Linux device fleets, SaaS applications, automation, endpoint security, and internal tooling. Build employee lifecycle workflows, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, improve monitoring and reliability, document systems, and mentor IT team members while partnering with security to implement least-privilege and other corporate controls.

Investigate fraud and insider-threat cases from initial signal through resolution. Gather and analyze logs, transactions, behavioral signals, and other evidence; triage alerts; reconstruct events; document findings objectively; maintain evidence chain of custody; and collaborate with Detection & Response, Legal, and HR. The role also contributes to investigation playbooks, detection improvements, and fraud and insider-risk prevention.
