Lead commercial strategy and contract management for large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects. Responsibilities include contract negotiation and administration, claims and dispute resolution, commercial risk mitigation, cost forecasting, change control, procurement support, supplier performance, stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and team leadership. The role requires on-site work in Saskatoon three to four days per week, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.

Manage cost estimates from concept through execution, analyze tender returns, support value engineering, provide lifecycle cost and sustainability advice, benchmark major projects, and lead client and consultant interactions. The role works within project teams to achieve client objectives and requires substantial cost-estimating experience across all project phases.

Prepare and defend infrastructure construction cost estimates from feasibility through detailed design. Advise clients and stakeholders, validate contractor cost submissions, reconcile estimates, support target-cost development, conduct value engineering workshops, and produce cost benchmarks for roads, bridges, tunnels, transit, utilities, and municipal civil works.

Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) integrated with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server and external APIs. Lead full development lifecycle, implement secure authentication, CI/CD via Azure DevOps, develop custom connectors and PCF components, enforce governance/DLP, support UAT and training, and optimize performance and integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.

Coordinate workforce planning and mobilization for major projects: translate pipeline into hiring plans, monitor candidate pipelines and onboarding readiness, produce resource reports and dashboards, identify staffing risks, and create PMO tools, templates, and governance materials to support project delivery and resourcing decisions.

Leads project information management strategy, governance, document and data controls, digital platform enablement, stakeholder workshops, and project-to-asset handover for major energy projects. Oversees information quality, integration across engineering, construction, project controls and operations, and readiness for asset systems. Supports capability development, best-practice playbooks, client proposals, internal systems, and coaching junior staff.
