Develops and maintains integrated, resource-loaded project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup. Performs critical path analysis, resource leveling, forecasting, progress measurement, variance analysis, and schedule optimization. Coordinates with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders; supports earned value management; prepares dashboards and performance reports; and presents schedule updates and project insights to management and clients.

Leads project cost control for large-scale capital projects, managing budgets, cost baselines, forecasts, expenditures, commitments, accruals, change control, EVM metrics, variance analysis, dashboards, and financial reporting. Maintains WBS and CBS structures, supports project reviews, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and mentors junior cost-control personnel while ensuring alignment among scope, schedule, cost, risk, and contractual requirements.

Cost Controller responsible for developing Power BI reporting solutions, dashboards, KPIs, and performance analytics for major capital projects. The role manages cost, commitments, cash flow, forecasting, variance reporting, data reconciliation, and finance governance. It translates SAP/ERP, procurement, schedule, and project data into reliable insights, supports monthly reporting cycles, and collaborates with senior stakeholders to improve decision-making, automation, and reporting efficiency.
