Lead commercial strategy and contract management for large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects. Responsibilities include contract negotiation and administration, claims and dispute resolution, commercial risk mitigation, cost forecasting, change control, procurement support, supplier performance, stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and team leadership. The role requires on-site work in Saskatoon three to four days per week, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.

Manage cost estimates from concept through execution, analyze tender returns, support value engineering, provide lifecycle cost and sustainability advice, benchmark major projects, and lead client and consultant interactions. The role works within project teams to achieve client objectives and requires substantial cost-estimating experience across all project phases.

Prepare and defend infrastructure construction cost estimates from feasibility through detailed design. Advise clients and stakeholders, validate contractor cost submissions, reconcile estimates, support target-cost development, conduct value engineering workshops, and produce cost benchmarks for roads, bridges, tunnels, transit, utilities, and municipal civil works.
