Lead or support cost management for MEP-related construction projects across Canada, producing estimates and cost plans at all design stages, conducting value engineering, life‑cycle costing, valuations, client liaison, and identifying business development opportunities.

The Director of Commercial Management will develop commercial strategies, oversee contract administration, manage risks, lead financial oversight, and mentor a team in a large-scale commercial environment.

Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) integrating Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server and external APIs. Build custom connectors, PCF components, and secure authentication. Implement ALM and CI/CD with Git and Azure DevOps, apply governance (DLP), optimize performance, run requirements workshops, lead UAT and training, and support ongoing maintenance and integrations with Microsoft 365/Azure/Dynamics 365.
