Strategic HR Business Partner delivering full-scope HR support for Canadian business: employee relations, performance and talent management, policy interpretation, engagement analysis, and advising senior leaders while promoting diversity and continuous improvement. Works with regional/global HR and travels to offices as needed.

Lead the Planning & Scheduling service line for Energy & Natural Resources: manage teams and complex integrated schedules, ensure project controls and governance, provide scheduling expertise to clients, drive business development, oversee resource allocation, quality, and financial/compliance accountabilities.
