Lead a team building Twilio's next-generation, low-latency/high-throughput media processing stack. Drive architecture and reliability, mentor engineers, balance technical debt and features, own performance and SLOs, collaborate across product and platform teams, and make key technology decisions for global real-time media systems.

Lead sender onboarding product: own sender administration and provisioning workflows, unify orchestration and state management, improve sender recommender and scaling, enable bulk purchasing and auto-scaling, embed compliance/KYC with cross-functional teams, use product analytics to monitor funnel health, and drive roadmap prioritization and execution.
