Processes, reconciles, and reports student enrollment certifications for VA educational benefits. Reviews student records, monitors enrollments, ensures compliance with VA regulations, resolves escalated certification issues, supports students and staff, coordinates with internal and overseas contacts, and develops job aids and training materials.
