Leads global procurement operations, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, spend analysis, savings tracking, reporting, governance, and transformation initiatives. Oversees team performance, stakeholder partnerships, supplier relationships, and procurement process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Legal, and international business units. The role is fully on-site in Balzac, Alberta, for Calgary-area candidates.

Manages corporate accounting across multiple entities, including financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, intercompany accounting, audit support, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role also supports ERP enhancements, automation, process improvement, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring compliance with Canadian and U.S. GAAP.

Configure and improve JD Edwards ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales. Partner with stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, design functional solutions, manage integrations and data flows, coordinate testing and deployments, support implementations and upgrades, and resolve complex Tier 2 issues. The role also maintains documentation, supports change governance, and drives continuous process and system improvements.
