Design, document, and implement PMO standards and processes for construction/EPC project delivery. Develop SOPs, workflows, templates and training; engage stakeholders to drive adoption; maintain document governance and support projects during mobilization, gate reviews, and pre-bid activities.

Provide project-based accounting support across the full project lifecycle for transmission and substation projects: set up WBS and cost codes, track and reconcile costs in EcoSys and JDE, support billing and AR, prepare month-end accruals and forecasts, manage change orders and subcontractor invoices, and assist financial closeouts and audit documentation.

Manage budget, forecasting, job costing, WIP reporting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of construction projects. Provide project controls, lead month-end and cost review processes, maintain risk and contract change records, prepare financial statements and cash reports, and support audits and executive reporting.
