Teams at Valard Construction

Manages financial controls across construction projects, including budgets, forecasts, job costing, WIP reporting, margin analysis, accruals, cash monitoring, risk registers, contract changes, and audit documentation. Partners with project and business leaders, leads cost and monthly review meetings, prepares internal and external reports, and trains project managers on financial processes. Requires construction accounting expertise, knowledge of revenue recognition, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or SAP.
