Develop and support Salesforce integrations with internal applications, vendors, and payment partners. Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform APIs, with resilient error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, testing, and documentation. Own integration design and ongoing support, reduce technical debt, participate in governance and structured releases, and serve as a technical point of contact for partners and stakeholders. The role supports merchant onboarding, transaction processing, and billing workflows.

Own and expand a portfolio of complex B2B SaaS accounts, including multi-entity and private-equity-backed customers. Partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to develop account strategies, identify expansion opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, forecast pipeline, and close mid-market deals. Engage finance, accounting, IT, and investment stakeholders as a trusted advisor, positioning Versapay’s payments and accounts receivable automation solutions to improve efficiency and cash flow.

Leads the enterprise Talent Acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, hiring standards, executive and critical-role searches, recruiting team leadership, workforce planning, market intelligence, and data-driven process improvement. Partners with the CPO, CEO, executives, and business leaders to improve quality of hire, recruiting efficiency, assessment practices, and organizational capability in a high-growth technology company.
