The role focuses on modernizing CAD or RMS platforms while ensuring usability, compliance, integration, and strategic business impact.

Lead the technical direction of Android mobile application development, mentor engineers, and design scalable, reliable, high-performance applications. Integrate REST and WebRTC services, support offline-first functionality and diverse hardware configurations, and oversee CI/CD and release processes. The role also involves robotics integrations for public safety devices such as drones and body-worn cameras, cross-functional collaboration, platform updates, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Leads the renewals function, owning lifecycle strategy, renewal execution, forecasting, risk management, pricing, and recurring revenue retention. Manages and develops Renewals Specialists while coordinating with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance. Oversees complex enterprise and public-sector renewals, contract modernization, Salesforce data accuracy, reporting, procurement support, and process improvements. Ensures timely renewals, accurate commercial terms, effective risk mitigation, and alignment with gross retention and net revenue retention goals.
