Integrate REST and WebRTC services, support offline-first functionality and diverse hardware configurations, and oversee CI/CD and release processes. The role also involves robotics integrations for public safety devices such as drones and body-worn cameras, cross-functional collaboration, platform updates, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Plans and coordinates live and virtual events, including conferences, workshops, symposiums, and internal meetings. Manages venues, schedules, logistics, registration, booths, vendors, contracts, speakers, technical setup, and attendee communications. Provides on-site and online event support, prepares cost and attendance reports, compiles evaluations, and uses feedback to improve future events. Requires occasional travel and flexible hours during events.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, modernization, and execution across multiple public safety SaaS products or initiatives. Partners with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver measurable value. Responsibilities include pricing, positioning, business cases, portfolio prioritization, AI and analytics adoption, complex releases, customer validation, executive communication, and mentoring product professionals. The role focuses on modernizing CAD or RMS platforms while ensuring usability, compliance, integration, and strategic business impact.
