The Director of Customer Success leads the post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring effective adoption of solutions and driving retention and growth across various customer segments. They build and scale a high-performing Customer Success organization and collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Versaterm public safety software, including scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Manage project plans, engage stakeholders, resolve technical issues, mentor junior staff, support pre-sales, and contribute to process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

Lead delivery of large-scale Versaterm implementation projects end-to-end. Define delivery frameworks, manage executive client relationships, resolve complex integration challenges, mentor staff, and drive implementation standards and process improvements across cross-functional teams.
