Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR business partner for technical and business teams. Advise leaders on org design, coach managers through employee relations and performance issues, lead talent and compensation cycles, execute reorganizations, improve people programs and processes, and use workforce data to surface trends and risks. Support cross-functional coordination with People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal.

Lead creation and ownership of Product Operations: build systems, cadences, and tooling to track product performance, planning, and launches. Partner cross-functionally to set targets, run reviews, define PM workflows, enable early access programs, automate workflows (including AI/agents), and improve product quality, reliability, and post-launch measurement across the company.

Lead revenue operations and business insights by owning GTM and revenue data integrity. Build reporting and AI-driven insights, run billable usage analysis, manage data flows with Fivetran/Salesforce/Sigma, investigate billing disputes, and translate data into actionable narratives for leadership.
