Support daily OTC cryptocurrency trade desk operations by assisting clients with onboarding, wallet education, bank wire and ACH trade execution, and platform usage. Manage inbound and outbound client communications, build relationships, follow compliance procedures, report suspicious activity, and track performance metrics including registration and trading conversion ratios. The role requires strong communication, organization, financial fluency, and comfort working in a regulated fintech environment.

Owns full-funnel ecommerce growth across Meta and Google Ads plus Klaviyo email and SMS marketing. Responsibilities include managing $1M+ annual Meta spend, campaign optimization, attribution reconciliation, omnichannel performance reporting, audience segmentation, creative testing, automated lifecycle flows, campaign calendars, and conversion and retention analysis. The role presents insights to client stakeholders and aligns paid media with lifecycle messaging for an ecommerce brand selling online and in physical retail locations.

Conduct high-volume outbound phone and text outreach to inactive cryptocurrency platform customers. Re-engage customers through consultative selling, explain products and benefits, address objections, use promotions and incentives, and recover revenue. Prioritize prospects using transaction and inactivity data, identify growth opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role is fully remote and requires strong communication, self-motivation, relationship management, and comfort discussing cryptocurrency.
