Teams at Vistex

Provides L2 and L3 post-production support for SAP Vistex applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, requirements analysis, Vistex configuration, testing, solution documentation, SAP SD integration support, enhancement identification, and participation throughout design, go-live, and hypercare. The role requires independent issue resolution, functional consulting expertise, analytical and communication skills, and flexibility to travel and work across time zones.

Supports SAP and Vistex solution implementations for North American clients. Provides consulting services, participates in blueprint workshops, documentation, configuration, testing, and training support. Analyzes upstream and downstream process impacts, including master data, sales, and finance, while collaborating with offshore teams. Requires SAP SD knowledge, pricing configuration experience, client communication skills, and willingness to learn Vistex solutions.

Develop and maintain secure, highly available public and private cloud infrastructure using automation, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, Puppet, and deployment pipelines. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, IAM, networking, scripting, containerization, monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, security collaboration, and on-call support. The role also mentors engineers, researches emerging technologies, and partners with DevOps and Basis teams to support cloud-based applications.
