Build and manage Waabi’s demand generation engine through lifecycle marketing, email nurture, paid digital campaigns, ABM, content, webinars, and outbound prospecting. Generate and qualify MQLs, track CAC and funnel performance, optimize campaigns, and contribute directly to sales pipeline. The role requires hands-on execution, strong analytical and writing skills, AI-enabled marketing workflows, and collaboration with brand, events, product marketing, and sales teams.

Define and elevate Waabi’s visual brand identity and translate its Physical AI narrative into compelling digital and physical experiences. Develop breakthrough creative concepts, produce video, design presentations and social content, oversee brand consistency, manage external agencies and production budgets, and partner with executive leadership. The role is hands-on initially and will eventually build and lead an in-house creative team.

Leads Waabi’s earned media, executive communications, internal communications, thought leadership, and communications agency relationship. Develops accurate narratives across technology, logistics, transportation, and business media; supports executive visibility; maintains external messaging guardrails; and builds the foundation for a future communications team.

Supports strategic finance and corporate development through financial modeling, long-range planning, business case development, deal analysis, capital strategy, FP&A, investor relations, and market intelligence. The Associate will build financial frameworks, support strategic partnerships and due diligence, prepare executive and board materials, manage investor reporting, and translate autonomy-sector trends into actionable insights for leadership.

Owns cross-functional program execution for platform software across hardware, embedded systems, onboard software, physical infrastructure, and systems engineering. Builds integrated plans, dependency maps, roadmaps, risk registers, executive reporting, and scalable tracking processes. Coordinates platform bring-up, software releases, testing, and milestone readiness while surfacing blockers and driving resolution across teams with different development cadences.

Manages day-to-day brand and digital marketing execution, including website publishing, paid advertising, social media, email campaigns, industry news, asset libraries, and performance reporting. Coordinates with marketing, communications, design, video, and vendor partners while supporting product marketing, events, facility branding, and executive social media. The role requires independent ownership, strong writing, and rapid execution during a six-month parental leave contract.

Own the production deployment of neural and generative models for Waabi’s multi-sensor simulator. Responsibilities include optimizing models with compilation, quantization, mixed precision, CUDA, and custom kernels; building numerical parity benchmarks; developing model export, versioning, registry, and build tooling; collaborating with research teams; and managing GPU workloads in cloud environments.

Lead the integrated robotaxi program plan from autonomy and vehicle readiness through safety validation, fleet operations, regulatory approvals, and commercial launch. Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, milestones, KPIs, executive reporting, and scalable tracking processes while coordinating engineering, safety, commercial, operations, and external partners.

Lead product definition for Waabi’s autonomous vehicle hardware platform across trucks and robotaxis. Own requirements, acceptance criteria, verification plans, human-machine interfaces, cabin and external safety features, and physical touchpoints. Partner closely with hardware engineering, industrial design, OEMs, and suppliers from concept through production. Translate real-world scenarios into testable requirements while balancing feasibility, cost, safety, and user needs.

Owns technical integration between Waabi’s autonomous driving technology and an OEM partner from program setup through driverless operation. Responsibilities include integrated planning, cross-functional coordination across hardware, embedded, onboard, infrastructure, and autonomy teams, risk and dependency management, executive communication, partner alignment, and hands-on vehicle issue triage.

Lead Waabi’s compensation strategy, including salary, equity, variable pay, annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, forecasting, pay equity, compliance, and executive communications. Partner with Finance, Recruiting, managers, executives, and the board to design scalable compensation programs across U.S. and Canadian locations. Educate employees and managers on total rewards while using analytics and AI tools to improve compensation workflows.

Provide high-complexity calendar, travel, logistics, meeting preparation, and follow-up support for the CEO. Identify workflow inefficiencies, anticipate needs, track commitments, manage confidential information, and coordinate with executive assistants. Contribute to building the Office of the CEO, support special projects, improve operating systems, and flex across time zones and travel requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Leads Waabi’s commercial contracting function across hardware supply, OEM partnerships, software licensing, SaaS, services, and vendor agreements. Drafts and negotiates complex transactions, advises cross-functional teams on risk, manages contract compliance, and builds scalable templates, playbooks, and processes. Supports IP, open-source licensing, regulatory, export control, and data privacy matters related to commercial deals.

Build and operate a reliable ML platform for large-scale distributed GPU training. Responsibilities include Kubernetes infrastructure, developer-facing CLIs and SDKs, AWS infrastructure, data and artifact management, experiment tracking, model registries, CI/CD, observability, documentation, security guardrails, and platform adoption. The role partners closely with researchers and engineers to improve training speed, reliability, usability, and cost efficiency for autonomous transportation systems.

Design and develop machine-learning approaches for vehicle control, including learned vehicle dynamics models, adaptive controllers, data pipelines, evaluation metrics, and simulation tooling. Integrate learned models into safety-critical closed-loop systems and validate algorithms through offline experimentation, simulation, and on-vehicle testing. Collaborate with engineers and research scientists to combine classical control with AI for scalable self-driving technologies.

Build and deploy internal AI tooling, agents, integrations, and workflows that improve productivity across engineering, research, and business teams. Evaluate emerging AI tools and models, develop observability and responsible-use guardrails, and partner with stakeholders to prototype and scale solutions. Drive adoption through documentation, enablement, and hands-on support while integrating AI into autonomy, simulation, ML training, and business workflows.

Develop signal processing algorithms for camera, LiDAR, radar, and other autonomous-driving sensor data. Design acquisition, fusion, filtering, and learning-based methods; optimize them for CPU, GPU, DSP, and specialized accelerators; and collaborate with autonomy and hardware teams to deliver reliable, low-latency production systems. The role also supports experimental validation and potential research publications.

Lead software quality for autonomous vehicle planner architecture, developing fault-tolerant systems and improving reliability across motion planning and onboard software teams. Design motion planning software and decision-making algorithms for complex traffic scenarios, while managing experimentation and data-generation pipelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and research teams to deliver safe, production-quality self-driving technology.

Design, build, and own end-to-end 3D asset pipelines and tooling for a multi-sensor simulation stack. Architect formats, storage, validation, packaging, and serving for meshes, neural representations, and generative outputs. Create visualization and curation tools at scale, integrate neural rendering and generative research into production, and collaborate with autonomy and safety teams to meet realism and coverage requirements.

The role involves building standardized training frameworks, profiling model performance, collaborating with teams, and improving related tooling.
