Own Wagepoint’s event marketing program, including tradeshows, conferences, partner and customer events, summits, Wagefest, and webinars. Responsibilities include strategy, planning, budgeting, vendor management, promotion, logistics, live production, stakeholder coordination, and post-event measurement. The role develops scalable event processes, tracks ROI, and partners with Sales and Marketing to convert event engagement into customer and prospect opportunities.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offers, candidate communication, and ATS maintenance. Partner with hiring managers and People Ops on workforce planning, employer branding, inclusive hiring, interviewer coaching, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with Canadian employment, accessibility, pay transparency, human rights, and privacy requirements while using recruitment metrics and AI tools responsibly.

Own the SMB acquisition funnel and growth strategy across paid media, SEO, CRO, email, referrals, directory listings, and integrated campaigns. Manage budgets, testing, performance analysis, lifecycle marketing, and conversion improvements while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Content, Design, and Customer Success to drive qualified leads, pipeline, revenue, and efficient customer acquisition.
