Manage end-to-end onboarding for new payroll clients, from account submission through the first payroll run. Configure accounts accurately and compliantly, train clients on the payroll platform, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, maintain onboarding records, and identify process improvements. The role requires payroll compliance knowledge, strong communication, attention to detail, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Lead UX design across complex, large-scale product initiatives for payroll software. Deliver high-quality prototypes and accessible experiences, establish design standards, contribute to the design system, influence product strategy, manage DesignOps programs, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and mentor designers. The role requires strong systems thinking, workshop facilitation, cross-functional leadership, and advanced use of Figma and AI-assisted design tools.

Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android. Implement features, integrate RESTful APIs, create responsive interfaces, support CI/CD and app store submissions, investigate production crashes and performance issues, collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams, and improve testing, debugging, refactoring, and deployment workflows.
