Own daily options clearing operations, including reconciliations, settlements, expirations, exercises, assignments, and transfers. Investigate and resolve trade and position discrepancies, using SQL and spreadsheet analysis to identify breaks and improve workflows. Partner with trading, engineering, product, and operations teams to reduce risk and scale back-office processes. Support rotating early and late hours around market events and settlement cycles.

Own growth marketing data science for a key domain, developing optimization algorithms, attribution and incrementality models, experimentation strategies, analytics pipelines, dashboards, and strategic insights. Partner with marketing, product, engineering, data engineers, and ad platforms to improve customer acquisition, campaign performance, and marketing ROI. Serve as the end-to-end data domain owner and translate complex analyses into business decisions.

Own end-to-end frontend development for high-stakes trading experiences, including order entry, execution, options, real-time market data, and portfolios. Design reliable, performant client-facing systems, partner with Product and Design, make architectural decisions, use AI-assisted workflows, and mentor engineers through reviews, documentation, pairing, and technical leadership.

Build Platform developers create reproducible containerized environments, AI-native verification systems, reliable testing infrastructure, developer tooling, backend mocks, asynchronous workflow testing, and service health scorecards. The role supports hundreds of engineers, modernizes libraries and CLIs, improves developer experience, and helps establish trustworthy, scalable software delivery practices.

Lead product vision and strategy for Wealthsimple's Financial Risk platform, focusing on fraud prevention and investigation tooling, while collaborating with product, fraud, and data science teams to enhance system performance and client experience.

Leads the development and operation of business-critical enterprise systems and integrations. Staff Content Designer responsible for shaping investing product experiences, simplifying complex concepts such as options, margin trading, futures, and perpetuals. Partners early with product, design, engineering, marketing, brand, legal, and compliance teams. Develops content standards, workflows, templates, and AI-powered processes to scale quality. Requires strategic thinking, hands-on UX writing, mentorship, and the ability to become a subject matter expert. The role requires strong Canadian tax expertise, financial planning fluency, CPA and CFP designations, AI-enabled workflows, and experience serving affluent clients.
