Lead and develop a software engineering team building institutional investment transfer platforms. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, technical direction, roadmap planning, reliability and scalability improvements, operational automation, cross-functional delivery, engineering best practices, incident response, and AI-assisted development. The role partners with Product, Design, Operations, CX, Infrastructure, Security, and SRE teams in a complex financial technology environment.

Manages the end-to-end operating rhythm for Active Trader marketing campaigns, including briefs, creative workflows, stakeholder coordination, budgets, timelines, reporting, and legal, compliance, and regulatory reviews. The role builds processes and tracking systems, coordinates internal teams and vendors, ensures campaigns launch accurately and on schedule, analyzes results, and uses AI tools to improve marketing operations.

Review algorithm-generated trades across managed portfolios, resolve abnormal orders, and identify operational bottlenecks in managed accounts. Support daily portfolio management and trading workflows while collaborating with trading, investment operations, product, and engineering teams. Help improve trade execution processes, portfolio tracking, and operational risk communication.
