Manages inside sales activities for existing and prospective utility contractor accounts. Secures and processes orders, upsells related products, qualifies opportunities, prepares quotations, monitors backorders and delivery risks, and coordinates with fulfillment and outside sales. Maintains customer satisfaction, reports market and competitive insights, and identifies process improvements. The role requires sales administration experience, strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Performs warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, material relocation, inventory consolidation, shipment documentation, and loading outbound trucks. The role requires basic problem-solving, physical stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds, and willingness to operate warehouse equipment. No prior experience is required, though warehouse experience and basic computer skills are preferred.
