Develop and lead backend Java application development, define software designs and coding standards, estimate and track technical work, and guide teams in an agile environment. The role includes mentoring developers, collaborating with business, QA, and operations stakeholders, creating automated tests, reviewing code, troubleshooting production issues, documenting systems, and delivering scalable cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Kubernetes.

Leads WestJet Cargo’s pricing, revenue management, capacity strategy, forecasting, and commercial analytics functions. Develops pricing frameworks, optimizes belly capacity and overbooking, oversees dashboards and data integrity, supports budgeting and performance reporting, and advises senior leadership on commercial decisions. The role manages a team, partners with Sales, Finance, Network Planning, Operations, and IT, and drives continuous improvement across pricing and revenue management processes.

Leads procurement enablement through communications, training, change management, process improvement, and system adoption. Develops stakeholder communications, training content, knowledge resources, performance scorecards, and change plans.
