Lead WestJet Rewards’ loyalty fraud program, including fraud strategy, prevention, detection, incident response, recovery, governance, and performance reporting. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across cybersecurity, technology, analytics, legal, finance, digital, and support teams. Identify emerging risks, establish controls and processes, manage fraud incidents, guide recovery efforts, and provide senior leadership with recommendations on fraud trends, risks, and priorities.

Leads WestJet’s enterprise Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, pension, and savings programs. Oversees specialized teams, pay equity, executive compensation, collective agreement implementation, benefits renewals, financial modeling, compliance, vendor partnerships, communications, and transformation initiatives. Advises senior leaders and the Compensation & Governance Committee while ensuring programs are competitive, sustainable, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Supports strategic sourcing and contract execution for aircraft technical operations and fleet procurement. Develops RFx packages, coordinates evaluations, analyzes supplier proposals, supports negotiations, drafts contracts, and manages sourcing timelines, approvals, renewals, and records. Partners with Category Managers, engineers, technical stakeholders, Legal, and suppliers to translate requirements into agreements. The role focuses on aircraft components, repair services, OEM products, leasing, exchange programs, and MRO services.
