Coordinates end-to-end logistics for early careers programs serving interns, co-ops, and rotational participants. Responsibilities include candidate scheduling, event and venue coordination, orientations, learning sessions, participant communications, stakeholder management, program tracking, and real-time issue resolution. The role partners with recruiting, HR, and business teams, supports high-volume interview days using GoodTime, and serves as the primary participant contact and program ambassador during peak programming periods.

Sources and attracts candidates for client roles through internet searches, social media, networking, cold outreach, recruitment tools, and databases. Conducts phone interviews, evaluates candidates for role and culture fit, builds candidate pools, maintains client and candidate relationships, updates applicant tracking systems and reports, and supports special projects in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Supports the recruiting team by scheduling candidate assessments and interviews, managing pre-employment paperwork, preparing offer letters, coordinating background and reference checks, maintaining compliant candidate records, posting internal recruitment opportunities, producing activity reports, updating applicant tracking systems, and handling general administrative inquiries and office tasks.
