Develop, administer, integrate, and support IBM Datacap enterprise document-processing solutions. Responsibilities include building rulesets, workflows, actions, OCR and extraction processes; managing Datacap and Rulerunner environments; troubleshooting production issues; developing REST, SOAP, database, and FileNet integrations; supporting testing, releases, DevSecOps, security controls, and Agile product development.

Supports technology modernization and digital service-delivery initiatives in a public-sector correctional environment. Gathers and translates business requirements into technical specifications, facilitates process improvement and re-engineering, develops integrated system designs, analyzes complex problems, and coordinates with stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and project leadership to improve secure infrastructure and video visitation services.

Leads business analysis for healthcare interoperability and digital health initiatives. Elicits and documents requirements, analyzes healthcare data mappings and workflows, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and supports integration, system, and UAT testing. Coordinates issue resolution, implementation, deployment, go-live, change management, and technology evaluation while monitoring risks and dependencies across complex multi-stakeholder projects.
