Lead Salesforce DevOps and enterprise release management across multiple environments and business teams. The role requires alignment with enterprise architecture, policies, standards, and business objectives.

Leads comprehensive testing for a consumer-facing digital solution, including UAT, functional, regression, integration, data validation, end-to-end testing, defect management, and acceptance-criteria validation. Develops training and business-readiness materials, facilitates user walkthroughs and knowledge transfer, and supports deployment, go-live, and stabilization. Collaborates with product, business, technical, and stakeholder teams in Agile environments while applying and validating AI-generated testing and documentation outputs.
