Provide high-quality inbound support (email, chat, phone) for crew and client users: triage, troubleshoot, reproduce bugs, manage case backlog, escalate urgent issues, coordinate cross-functional resolution, document SOPs, mentor junior teammates, and surface product gaps and automation opportunities.

Serve as an advanced practitioner and escalation point for multi-state payroll remittances, corrections, overpayments, and union compliance. Mentor teammates, document SOPs, identify process improvements, partner cross-functionally, and leverage AI tools to optimize payroll workflows and accuracy.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll drive product strategy for Wrapbook's tech enablement team, collaborating cross-functionally and managing product roadmaps and execution for critical features.
