Own and mature Wrapbook’s end-to-end product development operating system, from intake and planning through release and learning. Lead the Technical Program Management practice, quality systems, release strategy, cross-functional communication, and AI-powered workflows. Manage and coach TPMs, establish delivery standards and metrics, improve predictability and throughput, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, risks, readiness, and outcomes.

Own and evolve shared platform infrastructure for approval workflows, permissions, authentication, and notifications. Build secure, scalable Ruby on Rails applications and APIs, optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries, lead ambiguous technical projects, support migrations, review code, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call operations. Collaborate across product teams to deliver reliable, backward-compatible services used company-wide.

Own research strategy for a core product area, leading qualitative, quantitative, generative, evaluative, and mixed-method studies from framing through activation. Translate evidence from research, analytics, customer feedback, and knowledge repositories into product recommendations. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and business teams to influence decisions, evaluate outcomes, maintain research systems, and coach colleagues on effective, privacy-conscious AI-supported research practices.
