Coordinate project bookings, create sales orders and projects in SAP, align billing milestones, generate billings and invoices, manage cancellations and rebills, maintain financial logs and controls, support auditors, and provide information to Project Control. The role will develop into a subject matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution and Project modules, including system changes, upgrades, and support for Finance and Project Control.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICSS projects across lifecycle stages (engineering, procurement, integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning). Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and financials; drive margin improvement and change orders. Serve as primary customer contact, lead cross-functional and international teams, ensure quality and ISO compliance, oversee technical deliverables, and support proposal/pre-award activities. Travel required ~30%.

Manage strategic EPC accounts by developing account plans, setting KPIs, driving revenue growth, leading account teams, forecasting pipeline, negotiating proposals through delivery, and maintaining strong multi-level customer relationships.
