Coordinate project bookings, create sales orders and projects in SAP, align billing milestones, generate billings and invoices, manage cancellations and rebills, maintain financial logs and controls, support auditors, and provide information to Project Control. The role will develop into a subject matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution and Project modules, including system changes, upgrades, and support for Finance and Project Control.

Manage and expand strategic EPC customer relationships, particularly in Mining & Metals, while exceeding sales quotas. Develop account and pursuit strategies, identify capital projects early, influence automation and instrumentation specifications, coordinate internal teams and channel partners, negotiate proposals, maintain pipeline forecasts, and lead account teams. The role requires understanding EPC project lifecycles, process automation, instrumentation, control systems, and major capital projects.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICSS projects across lifecycle stages (engineering, procurement, integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning). Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and financials; drive margin improvement and change orders. Serve as primary customer contact, lead cross-functional and international teams, ensure quality and ISO compliance, oversee technical deliverables, and support proposal/pre-award activities. Travel required ~30%.
