Implement, deploy, configure, and operate cloud data platforms and industrial data solutions. Collect and analyze business requirements, design and tune databases, support industrial protocols and time-series data, perform IT testing and support, produce documentation, handle ticket escalations, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and service outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICSS projects across lifecycle stages (engineering, procurement, integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning). Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and financials; drive margin improvement and change orders. Serve as primary customer contact, lead cross-functional and international teams, ensure quality and ISO compliance, oversee technical deliverables, and support proposal/pre-award activities. Travel required ~30%.

Manage strategic EPC accounts by developing account plans, setting KPIs, driving revenue growth, leading account teams, forecasting pipeline, negotiating proposals through delivery, and maintaining strong multi-level customer relationships.
