Own day-to-day client relationships for enterprise accounts, drive account health and growth, support commercial activities (SOWs, renewals), partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution, and mentor for future portfolio ownership within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Manage day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, documentation, HRIS support) while partnering on strategic People projects, training, communications, employee engagement, and process improvements using AI and automation. Serve as first point of contact for routine HR questions and support managers on employee issues.

Lead pre‑sales and solution design for CPQ and order orchestration. Run discovery sessions, build architectures, deliver demos, create proposals and SOWs, estimate projects, and ensure smooth presales-to-delivery handoffs while advising delivery teams.
