Teams at Zapier

Develop enterprise customers’ automation strategies, identify and deploy high-value AI-enabled use cases, quantify ROI, and drive adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build executive and stakeholder relationships, advise on governance and scalable orchestration, coordinate internal and customer teams, interpret usage data, and create repeatable methodologies and playbooks for Zapier’s enterprise customer success program.

Own marketing FP&A, including headcount planning, budgeting, actuals tracking, channel allocation, ROI reporting, purchase orders, and vendor commitments. Partner with marketing, sales, RevOps, data, and corporate finance to connect marketing spend with pipeline and revenue outcomes. Lead pipeline forecasting, reporting definitions, risk identification, and AI-enabled automation of finance processes and forecasting cycles.

Provides practical legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, data privacy, employment matters, and vendor and sales agreements. Drafts and negotiates SaaS, technology, consulting, and service contracts; supports procurement, sales, and HR teams; monitors global legal developments; and advises on compliance. Leads adoption of automation, AI, and legal technology to improve legal operations and supports scalable processes for a fully remote technology company.
