What's It Like to Work at Zynga?

Zynga Employee Reviews

I loved it here so much that I came back as a boomerang employee. The Toronto studio has such great energy that I actually look forward to coming into the office, which feels like a flex! It’s rare to find an office environment where you don’t have to filter your personality.

We collaborate, we laugh, and most importantly, I get to be my authentic self!  That sense of belonging is rare, and I don’t take it for granted!

What I enjoy most is the collaborative and supportive environment. The people are passionate, open to sharing knowledge, and always willing to help. The culture fosters creativity and personal growth, making it an inspiring place to solve challenging problems together.

I’ve worked with some amazing individuals who I’ve come to learn from and admire. There are no egos here, and you can interact and collaborate with all levels of employees which really broadens your perspective. Zyngites work hard—but we also know we’re making games and with work, there must be some play.
