Advanced Solutions:

Advanced Solutions is one of the key offerings within our Global Service Delivery pillar. This offering delivers specialization when a company is experiencing a difficult challenge with their current equity plan – whether it’s related to plan design, administration, or financial reporting. Our team of professionals works hand-in-glove with our clients to ensure that the functionality of our platforms is leveraged. We also help align our clients’ internal processes with industry best practices. We provide automated efficiencies, data-led solutions and optimized engagement support to drive overall client satisfaction.

Advanced Solutions Project Specialist role:

The Project Specialist will play a pivotal role in the Advanced Solutions organization. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end projects for corporate clients and internal partners, focusing on operational support across equity administration platforms (EEO and SW).

Reporting to an Advanced Solutions Manager, the Project Specialist ensures efficient and accurate execution of various projects (dependent on team services): automation, data conversion, process management, administration, or execution of assigned clients’ equity compensation programs. The role will require the rapid understanding of each client’s equity compensation plans to provide best in class services while on assignment.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient and possesses strong project management and communication skills. They excel in building relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, driving successful project outcomes and contributing to process enhancement and product development. With a focus on adaptability and continuous improvement, the Project Specialist thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their responsibilities to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Successful execution of assigned projects across various disciplines such as Automation, Data Analysis, Corporate Action, and Administrative support.
  • Provide expertise in equity compensation practices, trends, and programs to clients.
  • Support client relationship and service management by delivering timely and accurate responses to requests for information.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Onboarding, Client Success Management, Implementation, etc) and external (e.g. Third Party vendors and channel Partners) to implement automated and integrated solutions in support of client requirements for their equity compensation plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or a related field.
  • Solid Proficiency in software and web applications, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn new tools as necessary. Familiarity with MS Access is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages as an asset.
  • Familiarity with equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts, with a willingness to learn and comply with international regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible individual comfortable with learning and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with stock plan administration systems such as Equity Edge Online, Shareworks or Global Intelligence is preferred but not required.
  • Certification such as CEP Level 1 is desirable but not required.
