Liaise with third-party providers, communicate tax changes to stakeholders, compare platform data to public sources, propose platform improvements, and support global tax compliance communications (newsletters, webinars).

Design, develop, and deliver entry to advanced learning content for internal and external audiences using eLearning authoring and multimedia tools. Conduct needs analysis, liaise with subject matter experts, manage projects, evaluate learning effectiveness, maintain documentation, and facilitate training sessions. Support global learning strategy and ensure materials meet governance and marketing requirements.

Lead product strategy and delivery for Workplace Platforms (equity compensation and retirement products). Define requirements, prioritize features, collaborate across technology, UX, risk and compliance, oversee development delivery, ensure risk controls, and use data to drive product improvements and executive communication.

Manage end-to-end delivery of automated integrations (API or SFTP) between payroll/HR/tax vendors and Shareworks or Equity Edge Online. Provide SME support on equity compensation, lead cross-functional testing, document requirements, drive vendor/client communications, and manage project plans, risks, and third-party engagements.

The Product Manager will define product strategy for Salesforce-based solutions in Wealth Management, drive execution, and ensure alignment with business needs.
