Supports Morgan Stanley’s Global Intelligence platform and equity plan tax tools for corporate clients. Responsibilities include resolving client queries, increasing platform adoption, analyzing usage, supporting outreach campaigns, creating guidance materials, explaining tax and legal requirements, and contributing to process improvements. The role develops expertise in global regulatory compliance, tax, equity compensation, and Shareworks while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting retention.

Lead product strategy and delivery for Workplace Platforms (equity compensation and retirement products). Define requirements, prioritize features, collaborate across technology, UX, risk and compliance, oversee development delivery, ensure risk controls, and use data to drive product improvements and executive communication.

Lead implementations of Global Intelligence and Tax products for multinational clients, manage and mentor implementations teams, streamline processes, onboard and train clients, manage pipeline forecasting, coordinate cross-functional improvements and feed product roadmap requirements to Shareworks development.

Lead updates and validation of tax and legal information for a global equity intelligence platform across 150+ jurisdictions. Liaise with third-party providers, communicate tax changes to stakeholders, compare platform data to public sources, propose platform improvements, and support global tax compliance communications (newsletters, webinars).

Manage end-to-end delivery of automated integrations (API or SFTP) between payroll/HR/tax vendors and Shareworks or Equity Edge Online. Provide SME support on equity compensation, lead cross-functional testing, document requirements, drive vendor/client communications, and manage project plans, risks, and third-party engagements.
