  • Coordinate data quality issues from identification through remediation, helping teams address root causes and create sustainable solutions.
  • Support AI governance and Responsible AI, coordinating assessments and documenting ownership, data dependencies, risks, controls, human oversight, and key decisions.
  • Partner across business, Digital, security, privacy, legal, risk, architecture, data, and delivery teams to ensure AI use cases align with established guardrails.
  • Maintain governance documentation and provide clear dashboards, updates, and executive-ready summaries on progress, risks, decisions, and business value.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in data governance, data quality, data management, analytics governance, or a related discipline.
  • Practical experience implementing data governance and data quality frameworks, including governance forums, stewardship, ownership, and issue management.
  • Strong knowledge of critical data elements, data definitions, business glossaries, data quality rules and dimensions, remediation workflows, and Master Data Management.
  • Experience developing or supporting data quality dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, or reporting for business and leadership audiences.
  • An understanding of how trusted and governed data supports analytics, automation, and AI.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance and Responsible AI principles, including accountability, risk assessment, human oversight, transparency, and controls.
  • The ability to translate technical data concepts into clear business language and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
