En tant qu’analyste en tarification, vous utiliserez votre expertise pour identifier des améliorations aux processus et aider les équipes commerciales à comprendre et interpréter leurs rapports de gestion des attributions. Nous recherchons une personne capable de communiquer efficacement et de développer des relations avec les principales parties prenantes et le réseau de bureaux afin de soutenir les équipes clients et comptes lors de la soumission de prix et de la réception d’attributions.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Gérer les demandes de tarification quotidiennes ou les accords de niveau de service pour les nouveaux clients et les clients existants
  • Superviser la file d’attente des demandes en gérant le tableau de validation des opportunités, en répondant aux demandes de dépannage du réseau et aux courriels
  • Effectuer des vérifications et des validations des soumissions d’appels d’offres et des attributions, ainsi que des chargements subséquents dans notre écosystème d’appels d’offres et dans le système de gestion des attributions/NavRating
  • Assurer le respect des échéanciers de soumission d’appels d’offres pour toutes les parties prenantes tout en effectuant un contrôle de la qualité des taux soumis, une vérification des attributions et un chargement final des tarifs
  • Utiliser les divers outils de tarification disponibles et aider les équipes commerciales à déterminer l’outil le plus approprié pour leurs opportunités
  • Assister les bureaux en cas de problèmes liés aux outils et à la tarification, résoudre les problèmes et assurer le suivi des attributions d’appels d’offres au besoin

QUALIFICATIONS

Exigences minimales :

  • Baccalauréat ou expérience professionnelle équivalente avec un diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou l’équivalent
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en opérations, service à la clientèle et/ou tarification
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel

  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration interfonctionnelle et à influencer efficacement au sein du réseau
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale)
  • Aptitudes éprouvées en gestion des priorités, gestion du temps et précision
  • Solides compétences en prise de décision, résolution de problèmes et gestion des conflits
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle dans le cadre des responsabilités quotidiennes
  • Bilinguisme (anglais, et français)

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Pricing Analyst to process and provide Flatbed and Intermodal for Cross-Border and Domestic (Canada and Mexico) pricing as they relate to business opportunities. In this role you will work in conjunction with the network of offices, corporate shared services, and additional pricing resources to coordinate the best competitive solution to meet the needs of the customers. As a Pricing Analyst, you will use your expertise to identify process improvements and assist commercial teams in digesting and understanding their award management reporting. We are looking for someone who can communicate and develop rapport with key business stakeholders and branch network to support customer and account teams as they submit pricing and receive awards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage daily pricing requests or service level agreements for new and existing customers  
  • Oversee the incoming work queue by managing opportunity vetting board, responding to network troubleshooting requests, and email requests 
  • Perform checks and balances of bid submissions and awards, and subsequent uploads to our Bid Ecosystem and on system (award management/NavRating) 
  • Maintain the bid submission timeline for all parties while performing quality assurance of submitted bid rates, award verification, and final rate uploads 
  • Utilize the various pricing tools available while assisting commercial teams in determining which pricing tool is best for their opportunities 
  • Assist offices with any issues relating to pricing and tools, troubleshooting, and problem-solving bid awards as necessary 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED 
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in operations, customer service, and/or pricing 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs, specifically Excel mastery 

Preferred: 

  • Commercial experience within C.H. Robinson and/or external logistical experience 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively influence and partner within the network 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Proven prioritization, time management, and accuracy skills 
  • Demonstrated strong decision-making skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks between daily responsibilities 
  • Bilingual with English and French fluency

Compensation Range

$55,600.00 - $94,100.00

Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
