Are you ready to leverage your organizational skills and make a direct impact on our results? If so, join us as the administrative assistant to the chief revenue officer (CRO) and the chief financial oficer (CFO), where you will play a central role. Under the supervision of the executive assistant to the CEO, you will be a true right-hand person, supporting the CRO while working closely with the CFO and other members of the leadership team.
We are looking for someone with sharp judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing priorities, organizing meetings, and tackling daily challenges. As assistant to the CRO & CFO, you will:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements.
- Assist in organizing team meetings and events.
- Provide general administrative support to Executives.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners and customers.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 3+ years of administrative assistance/support experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional efficiency and ability to prioritize in different contexts.
- Discretion and experience working with confidential information.
What will make you stand out:
- A postsecondary education or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, combined with a proactive and resourceful attitude, and solid judgment.
- Experience with sales leaders or within a sales organization
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM programs.
